As a kid, you're likely told to stay away from sugar and caffeine. But what really is the difference? While there are many negative effects, it's important to analyze the benefits as well. Caffeine makes you feel more energized by affecting your brain, while sugar refuels your body's cells and helps keep you physically active for longer. Too much intake of these supplements can lead to many negative consequences. Research shows too much sugar intake is worse than too much caffeine intake. Some negative consequences off too much sugar being weight gain, diabetes, and other common health problems. Problems with too much caffeine being interference with sleep, increase in anxiety, etc... It's very important you know at all times what and how much of something you're putting into your body.

Great Blog Carson! Its good to educate people on the benefits of sugar and caffeine. As little kids we were told that sugar will make you fat and unhealthy, while that is partly true when you over consume, certain types of sugar actually is necessary.
